Jay started his construction career working for his father and stayed on that side of the business until 2015 when he saw a need for another Truss shop in the area. A plan was formulated with his family members and NIT was formed. Building from the ground up, Jay took on designing and sometimes delivering. Jay honed his craft and eventually built a team of designers to take over. Jay definitely has a leadership presence that is felt throughout the company and his consistent encouragement through prayer and training is felt by all of the employees, inspiring them to always better themselves both personally and professionally. He charges us all with producing the very best product for our customers. Though he has moved on from the day-to-day operations, if a custom order for decorative trusses comes in, you can be sure Jay’s hands will have built them.
