Michelle joined NIT in February of 2023. She comes to us with 20+ years of combined Management, Staffing and Human Resources background in both the private and public sector. Having recently moved to Indiana, she finds it both challenging and exciting to learn the differences in Indiana state law. Michelle also heads up our Safety Program and has enjoyed implementing several new procedures and updating current policies for NIT. Her dream was to work for a Christian organization and NIT is just the organization to afford her that!
